How can I register to place an order?

You can register by clicking on the “Account” icon on our website and following the steps to create a profile. Registration is optional but allows you to check out faster, save your details, and easily track your orders.

How can I subscribe to the newsletter?

You can subscribe to the newsletter by entering your email address in the account section on our website.

Subscribers receive exclusive updates on new products, promotions, special offers, and early access to limited collections.

ORDERS AND PAYMENTS

How long does it take to receive my order?

Delivery times vary depending on the destination:

•⁠  ⁠Italy: 1-3 business days from shipment.

•⁠  ⁠Europe: 3-5 business days from shipment.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are:

•⁠  ⁠€5.99 for deliveries in Italy - free shipping over 50€.

•⁠  ⁠€14.99 for deliveries to other European countries - free shipping over 100€.

What should I do if the package arrives damaged or tampered with?

If you receive a damaged package, we recommend:

1. Refusing the delivery or accepting it with a reservation.

2. Taking photos of the package, both external and internal, before and after opening.

3. Contacting our Customer Care and Courier to report the issue.

Can I change the shipping address after the order has been shipped?

No, once the order is shipped, we cannot modify the address. However, you can contact Courier at their dedicated number to request any changes.

What happens if I cannot collect my package?

If the package is not collected within 5 business days of being held by the courier, the order will be canceled, and the cost of shipping (both to and from) will be charged to you.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

What is myTASCA’s return policy?

You can return items within 14 calendar days of delivery. Items must be in the same condition as received, undamaged, and with all original tags attached.

What happens if I return an item that is damaged or does not meet the return policy?

In this case, we will not issue a refund. The customer can choose to have the item shipped back to them at their expense.

Who pays for return shipping costs?

Return costs are the customer’s responsibility:

•⁠  ⁠Italy: €4.99 if using our prepaid return label.

•⁠  ⁠Europe: Variable rates depending on the destination.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 5 days of receiving the return. The time it takes to see the amount in your PayPal account depends on your bank’s processing times.

What will be refunded?

The cost of the returned items will be refunded, minus shipping costs (even for orders with free shipping promotions) and any additional charges.
